No membership or subscription fees.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY:

• In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7 To 15 days (Monday to Sunday).
• Order cut-off time will be 10:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
• Domestic order Handling time is 1-3 days (Monday to Sunday).

Delivery Terms:
Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, and a tracking number is emailed to you on dispatch.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@memorycharms.co.uk or Call Us .

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
